- The Regional Marketing Leader demonstrates accountability for Oil & Gas business, regions and broad company objectives.
- In this role he/she will support and help to develop processes that meet business needs across the Oil & Gas organization.
- He/she will be asked to manage complex issues within area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall strategy.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Analyze, provide and present market dynamics, trends, size, opportunities and risks to the business, including updates to the VP and CEO
- Be completely linked in to the front line of the business, working closely with sales, commercial operations, product & platform leadership and Customers
- Understand market space and create intimacy with Customer and involvement in commercial discussions
- Contribute to product and platform leadership groups providing crucial inputs into product development and platform strategies
- Lead the definition of the 3-year Growth Playbook business strategy for the Region
- Drive structure and organization of Global Annual Customer Meeting for GE Oil & Gas
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 10 years of marketing experience in Oil & Gas
- Well balanced experience between strategy and sales activation
- Capable to work in a matrix environment with the aim to engage regional leaders and support them in the definition of the market strategic agenda for the Region
- Excellent communication & presentation skills combined with boardroom presence and proficiency in English.
