POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION
The Regional HR Manager reports hierarchically to the Regional Director - Africa.
The Regional HR Manager reports functionally to the Chief HR Officer.
The Regional HR Manager advises and supports a team of 8-10 HR leaders from each FH Africa country office.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
In alignment to the global HR strategy, the Regional Human Resource Manager will develop, implement and administer the Africa region’s HR strategy, support FH organizational priorities and build HR capability through resources, processes and systems that enable each FH Africa country office to achieve their strategy and FH’s vision and mission. HR strategy includes recruiting, employment services (e.g. compensation, benefits, contracts, policies, performance evaluations, employee disputes), leadership and staff development and staff care (e.g. safety, well-being, engagement, satisfaction, coaching, exit interviews, debriefing, cross-cultural care and conflict management).
