The role holder is responsible for driving bottom-line business performance through creating an effective, efficient organisation where maximising engaging employees is at the heart of every interaction
• The role holder is responsible for WB and the geographical responsibilities would extend to WB employees based in the Europe region (Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Russia Sweden Turke).
• The role holder would be expected to ensure a Strategic People Agenda (SPA) is agreed and implemented for WB within Europe, ensuring this is aligned to the overarching WB strategy, global SPA, Europe Priorities and HR Collective Agenda
• The role holder would be expected to manage Employee Relations activity for their areas of responsibility, working with the HRRMs and specialists to allocate specific cases

Develop and secure agreement to a Strategic People Agenda which is aligned to the WB strategy thereby driving performance through organisation design and a continued focus on the factors which drive engagement
• Support line managers and country CEOs in configuring and deploying Group people policies, products and processes to drive engagement thereby driving business performance
• Proactively coach leadership teams/Mancos/CEOs within their area of responsibility both as a team and as individuals to drive business performance through high engagement
• Ensure a robust talent pipeline to meet the future needs of the functions through managers identifying developing and appropriately stretching talent at every level
• Collaborate with colleagues across HR (including specialists and HRSSC) to ensure continuous improvement in the function
• Continuously review the WB operating model for alignment to the business strategy using all available data to assess effectiveness and demonstrate proactivity in surfacing and securing resolution to points of misalignment
• Continuously review the WB operating model for its cost efficiency and demonstrate proactively in surfacing and securing improvements
• Line manager of the HRRM GM, HRRM CF/TB and HRRM Germany ensuring all aspects of the performance management process are adhered to and driving high engagement for their team
Qualifications:
Knowledge
• Signficiant experience of being an HR Relationship Manager at a country level
• Understanding of the various WB Functions including key products, key roles, Target Operating Model and Strategic Agenda
• Ability to understand financials (e.g. interpreting financial statements, budgeting, project accounting)
• Experience of organisational development (including use of consulting tools and change models)
• Ability to create a Strategic People Agenda with success measures
• Understanding of the various HR products and how to implement them within a country (e.g. engagement, performance management)
• Understanding and practical experience of managing Employee Relations activities e.g., managing redundancies, grievances & disciplinary process and external litigation.
