Society for Family Health (SFH) is a non-profit organization in Rwanda that is positioned to be the largest social marketing organization in Rwanda, with five regional offices across the country. Working in partnership within the public and private sectors, and harnessing the power of the markets, SFH will be providing life-saving products, clinical services and social and behavior change communications(SBCC) that empower the world’s most vulnerable populations to lead healthier lives. SFH’s core values include a belief in markets and market mechanisms to contribute to sustained improvements in the lives of the poor; results and a strong focus on measurement; speed and efficiency with a predisposition to action and an aversion to bureaucracy; decentralization and empowering our staff at the national and district level; and a long term commitment to the people we serve. SFH will be implementing diverse public health interventions in HIV/AIDS, reproductive health, malaria, and maternal and child health including nutrition. SFH’s activities will range from product sales and distribution to social and behavior change communication, advocacy, reproductive health research, and community mobilization. SFH’s donor platform is anticipated to include the Global Fund for HIV/AIDS, Malaria and TB (Tuberculosis), USAID, CDC and numerous other donors.
1. Finance Director
S/he oversees all financial aspects of organization strategy and is responsible for the flow of financial information to the Executive Director.
2. Social Marketing Implementation Manager
S/he will follow up implementations of all SFH activities in the field, through Regional Team Leaders.
3. Total Marketing Approach Manager
S/he will improve all SFH health Programs performance objectives, effectiveness, equity and efficiency through a Total Market Approach.
4. Research and M&E Manager
S/he is responsible for implementing the SFH’s annual research plan. Research performed by SFH includes quantitative studies (national household surveys, target group surveys and Geographic Information System mapping activities) as well as qualitative studies (in-depth interviews, pre-test, and post-test of communications materials, brand promotion, and others).
5. Supply Chain & Logistics Manager
S/he manages SFH assets, plan for enterprise resource, monitor and develop existing supply chain, initiate and lead cost-saving initiatives, audit and monitor suppliers, negotiate and manage contracts.
6. Stakeholder Relations Manager
S/he is the primary point of contact for all decentralized external partners related to institutional work planning and reporting.
7. MCH/FP Champion
S/he will play the role of direct implementer of all MCH/FP (Mother and Child Health/Family Planning) related activities as indicated in the developed work plan, such as MCH/FP products distribution, monitoring and evaluation of MCH/FP activities and all related trainings.
8. MARPs Champion
S/he will reduce HIV/AIDS incidence and improves general sexual and reproductive health (SRH) of Most At Risk Populations (MARPs) including sex workers and their clients, men who have sex with men (MSM), and mobile populations. S/he will also strengthen the capacity of community-based organizations to conduct high quality HIV/AIDS communication activities targeting MARPs.
9. Regional Team Leader
S/he is responsible for the coordination of all activities of the SFH Regional Office.
10. Sales Associate
S/he is responsible for managing SFH’s wholesaler relationships, including wholesaler sales, product promotion and retailer mapping.
11. M&E Champion
S/he is responsible for supervising, organizing and preparing the organization’s M&E activities.
12. GF Youth Centers Associate Manager (CNJR)
S/he will lead and harmonize management of all youth centers activities coordinated by MINIYOUTH and implemented by the Rwanda National Youth Council (RNYC).
13. Fleet & Logistics Associate Manager
S/he is responsible for protecting SFH’s image to external parties (partners, donors…) by proactively managing proper use and maintenance of SFH’s vehicle fleet and will be also in charge of ensuring smooth and efficient logistical processes for all of SFH.
14. Warehouse Associate Manager
S/he supervises and performs duties in the receipt, inspection, storage and issuance of our product, and equipment, schedule regular and special deliveries of products to sales person.
15. Procurement Associate Manager
S/he is in charge of ensuring smooth and efficient procurement process for all of SFH.
16. Warehouse Assistant
S/he carries out general warehouse duties as directed by the Warehouse Associate Manager. S/he must be aware of, and follow, warehouse safety procedures.
17. Medical Detailer
S/he will promote sustainable trading connections for SFH products within the established private-sector, pharmaceutical networks with the goal of achieving self-generating, demand-driven sales in the sector.
18. Executive Secretary
S/he is responsible for the smooth running of the Executive Office in the areas of communications, donor and government reports filling, event and meeting management and other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
19. Receptionist
S/he is tasked with greeting and orientation of all SFH’s visitors. S/he is responsible for representing SFH to visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

PREFERENCES
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large donor funded public health or social marketing programs. Knowledge of USAID, CDC, Global Fund and other international donor community will be a plus.
