Job Description : In charge of customer care activities; managing CPL exemption process, customer complains, management of patient�s documentation and samples and channelling to respective laboratory sections Constantly monitoring clients/stakeholders by maximizing satisfaction with minimum level of patients�/customers� complaints Liaise with MNH Public Relations Officer on public relations activities Manage customer service related units
