Working within a highly motivated team and reporting into the Country Director, you will work on innovative and complex activities in line with the MSIY strategic goals and operationally direct the regional clinics on improvements and support in any business development opportunities.
In order to be successful in this role, you will be a strong strategic thinker with the ability to delegate to and motivate senior leaders in country to deliver on quality and results as well as be able to draw on your previous experience of communicating effectively with external parties, such as donors.
