The British Council in the Sub Saharan Region is looking for a candidiate to fill the post of an Assitant Regional Business Change Manager.
Purpose of Job
We are seeking an experienced individual to support the Regional Business Change team in planning and delivering of change programmes. The role will be based within the Sub Saharan Africa Region and is on a contract basis for two years.
Context and Environment
The role will work with the Regional Business Change Manager in support of business heads to deliver market-led products and programmes that will expand the reach of the British Council’s work and to grow partnership and business income which forms the Global Operating Models (GOM). The role is also expected to provide tactical business support to the Regional Business Change Manager in delivering IT and Finance solutions across the region.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ Years project working experience
- Experience with large scale organizational change processes
- Strong record of effective consultancy (Internal or External)
- Excellent stakeholders management
- Must be a team player and able to work with and through others effectively
- Good communication skills-both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills
