This exceptional role will see you manage operational efficiencies and achieve client and customer objectives, necessitating 2 years’ fi eld management experience in the FMCG industry and 5 years in a sales environment.
To be considered further, you must have the relevant tertiary education in Sales and Marketing or a related fi eld, must be au fait with operational standards and disciplines management and should be fl uent in English and Portuguese (ie read, write and speak). A role of this nature requires outstanding leadership, effective communication, exceptional relationship building competencies and the ability to write reports (proper administration is important).
Your functions will run the gamut: From determining sales targets and formulating and implementing sales strategy and plan, providing feedback to clients and managing promotional activities, through to managing forward share and taking charge of the full staff function (recruitment, performance management, training, etc).
