Q-Sourcing Ltd (QSL) is a human resource consulting and outsourcing company that provides client responsive management solutions. Our client, a Commercial Bank in Uganda wishes to hire qualified persons who are experienced, self motivated and hardworking, to fill the positions of Managing Director Reports to: Managing Director Job Location: Kampala Uganda Job Reference: QSL/BANK/ED/2012 Purpose of the job: The Executive Director, reporting directly to the Managing Director, has an over all leadership responsibility for supervision of the management team to achieve the strategic objectives of the Bank. Key Outputs: Achievement of the objectives of the Strategic Plan and Annual Plans Improved risk management Enhanced customer service levels and reputation of the Bank Implement and monitor control systems to minimize fraud and other irregularities in the bank Ensure smooth functioning of Core Banking Systems. Key Duties and Responsibilities include: Support the Managing Director and guide the management team to ensure that the Bank’s activities are accordingly planned to achieve affirmed targets and standards for financial performance, quality, culture and statutory adherence. Evaluate market opportunities and implement business development, market engagement and customer focused products and service strategies. Review the Bank’s financial viability and cost structure regularly and take appropriate measures to monitor and control costs.

Requirement: A good Bachelors degree from a recognized institution A Masters Degree or a post graduate qualification in Banking, accountancy, management or other related fields. Experience Required: At least 10 years of all round experience in Banking, with a minimum of five years in senior management level Remuneration: The Bank offers a highly package for both positions.
