Recruitment & HR Assistant Salary £22,376 gross per annum plus benefits Full time, permanent Based in London

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy HR team providing HR support to all staff focussing on the administration and coordination of recruitment. You will co-ordinate and deliver recruitment campaigns for UK and International positions ensuring HelpAge’s recruitment processes are followed. You will also be responsible for maintaining and co-ordinating the insurance policy for international staff as well as other international benefits. The Recruitment & HR Assistant will be responsible for updating our HR administrative systems and also have the opportunity to get involved in exciting HR projects and initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will need experience of coordinating recruitment campaigns. You will have a HR qualification or working towards this, along with experience of maintaining efficient and effective HR administration. Strong IT skills including use of spread sheets, databases and social media together with experience of working in an international environment are essential for this role.
