| Responsibilities |
| • Provide professional and helpful support to Symantec enterprise customers • Respond to customers, partners technical issues via telephone ,email • Gather and record all the collected information about the product issues. • Analyze the root cause of the problem; In-house simulation of problems • Provide regular updates to customers about the progress of the work. • Contribution to knowledge base system • Provide guidence to junior level engineers • Interaction with Development & QA members |

| Qualifications |
| • BE/BCS/MCS/MCM from reputed institutes • MCSE , compTIA Security+ certification preferred • 3+ years experience providing enterprise level support. • In depth knowledge of Windows 2000/2003, Networking, DNS concepts • Expertise in Active Directory fundamentals • Knowledge on Security concepts, Exchange, SQL • Should have worked on 24X7, voice support. • Excellent communication skills • Demonstrated strong customer service/support skills |
