Senior Consultant - People and Change

We are seeking to strengthen our Tanzania Advisory Consulting services by recruiting and training highly motivated individual for the position of Senior Consultant in our People and Change Division.
The jobholder will be responsible for the management and delivery of consulting assignments in the following area:
- Designing Organization Structures
- Job Analysis and Evaluation
- Salary Surveys and Salary Structure Designs
- Review of Performance Management Systems
- Skills and Competency Audits
- Training Needs Analysis
- HR Process Redesign and Compliance Health Checks
- Organization Reviews (Reviewing and redesigning key business processes such as finance, IT, procurement and HR)
- Training Course Design and Training Strategy Development
- Change Management for IT system implementations, process changes, mergers and new organization structures
The jobholder will also play a critical role in business development among other HR Consulting assignments.
We are looking for candidates who
- hold University Degree from a recognized institution
- post graduate or relevant professional qualification in human resources is preferred
- at least 5 years of relevant demonstrable experience.
The successful candidates will also be required to have the following demonstrable skills and competencies:
- Analytical and numerate skills coupled with attention to detail;
- Customer focused, self-motivated and managed
- Initiative driven and creative with the ability to propose enhanced ways of working and engaging clients;
- Results driven and achievement orientated, with the ability to multi-task and work under significant pressure;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written & oral);
- A team player with sound interpersonal skills;
- Project management skills;
- High level of computer literacy;
- An interest in building a career in consulting
