• To develop and implement the PCE marketing programs both locally and internationally to reach our expected objectives by designing strategies to market and promote the programmes offered by the community Health department
• Developing and maintaining good customer relations through a continual follow up, complaint resolving and continual customer satisfaction system
• Increasing client portfolio by daily prospecting, calling on them either physically or by telephone, direct mail shots and through referrals
• Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on each planned and implemented marketing
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of Master degree in a Health and social sciences , business related field with 5 years experiences in health management and managing health facilities and projects in the health centre
• Proven capacity in successful implemented marketing strategies
• Proven marketing in short courses
• Knowledge about the Tanzania Health Sector
• Experience in having written proposals, an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven Creative, detail oriented and organized skills
• Team player
