WWF Greater Mekong – on the ground in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam – is working to conserve the region’s biodiversity and build a secure and sustainable future for people and wildlife.” WWF Greater Mekong (WWF GM) is seeking to recruit well-qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Human Resources Director for Greater Mekong Region. The Human Resources Director is responsible for the implementation of WWF GM HR strategies which are included in the WWF GM Strategic Plan . The Human Resources Director ensures the adherence of WWF Greater Mekong to the Human Resources policies, procedures and systems of WWF International Network Standards and the compliance of HR practices with all local labour laws and other statutory requirements in the countries of operation (Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand). As a member of Regional Management Team, the position plays an important role in crafting policies and strategies for efficient functioning of WWF Greater Mekong. Ideal candidates should have Master’s degree in Human Resources/ and or Organisational Development, minimum 10 years experience in HR leadership position in international companies/ organizations. Experience of working at regional level, preferably in Greater Mekong region with understanding of laws and regulations on labor, health and safety in Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand will be a strong advantage. The ideal candidates should have strong backgrounds in organizational development and soft system and cross culture working skills.
