The department
The Degree Programmes and Career Services teams play a vital role in the success of London Business School. Degree Programmes are responsible for designing, marketing and delivering the School’s portfolio of Masters degree programmes. Career Services works hand in hand with our students to help them secure internship and full-time positions in London, Dubai and many other international locations, liaising closely with employers.
The individual
A member of the School’s leadership team, the Associate Dean works closely with the Dean, manages a large team of 140 people, a substantial budget and works closely with Faculty members. Reporting to the Deputy Dean (Programmes), you will be responsible for directing your departments to drive strategic development, change management and academic oversight of the Masters programmes.
You will have:
• Degree qualified, preferably with an MBA
• Experience in Business Education preferable, with a deep understanding of Masters degree programmes
• Demonstrable experience of strategic and change management leadership across cross-functional teams
• Commitment to exceptional service delivery
• First class communication, business development/sales and commercial skills
• Ability to gain credibility with a wide range of stakeholders
